Affiliate Program Terms

These terms apply to the Your SaaS affiliate program operated by Your business name.

1. Participation

You must provide accurate details, keep your payout email current, and comply with applicable advertising, disclosure, privacy, spam, and consumer-protection laws. We may approve, suspend, or close an affiliate account to protect customers or the program.

2. Attribution

The platform uses a first-recorded referral associated with a visitor identifier and a 90-day attribution window. Attribution may fail when cookies are blocked, identifiers are cleared, a different device is used, or technical limits apply. Our stored records determine program attribution unless there is clear evidence of an error.

3. Commission

The dashboard shows the commission rate assigned to your account. Commission is calculated from the recorded initial checkout amount, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits, and fraudulent or self-referred transactions. Pending commission is not payable until approved. Refunded or abusive transactions may be voided.

4. Promotion rules

You must identify affiliate links clearly. You must not impersonate Your business name, make false performance claims, bid on protected brand terms without written permission, use misleading domains, send unsolicited messages, use cookie stuffing, overwrite another affiliate’s attribution, create unauthorised discounts, or refer yourself or controlled accounts.

5. Brand use

You receive a limited, revocable right to use approved names and assets solely to promote the service. You must follow supplied brand rules and stop using the assets when participation ends.

6. Payouts and tax

Payout timing, minimum thresholds, methods, and verification requirements may be communicated through the dashboard or support. You are responsible for taxes, invoices, and legal obligations relating to commission you receive.

7. Changes and termination

Either party may end participation. We may change rates or program rules prospectively. Fraud, abuse, legal breaches, or material violations may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of affected commission.
