Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Your business name collects, holds, uses, and discloses personal information when operating Your SaaS, its website, free scan, customer accounts, affiliate program, billing, support, and related communications.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect account details, email addresses, business and website names, authentication records, Search Console property details, Google OAuth identifiers and encrypted refresh tokens, subscription and Stripe customer references, support messages, affiliate attribution records, free-scan URLs and optional email addresses, usage events, device and browser information, and optional analytics events.

We also process website-performance data imported from Google Search Console and content retrieved from public webpages that you ask the service to analyse. AI visibility features may store approved questions, provider responses, cited URLs, extracted entities, sentiment, and related evidence.

2. How we collect information

We collect information directly from you, automatically through the service, from Google when you authorise Search Console access, from Stripe for subscription administration, from affiliate referral links, from public webpages requested for analysis, and from service providers used to operate the product.

3. Why we use information

We use information to authenticate users, create and secure accounts, connect Search Console, import and analyse data, provide free scans and recommendations, manage subscriptions and entitlements, attribute affiliate referrals, answer support requests, deliver transactional emails, prevent abuse, monitor reliability, measure conversions where consent is provided, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We may disclose or make information available to infrastructure, authentication, database, analytics, billing, email, AI-provider, and support vendors strictly as needed to operate the service. Current integrations may include Supabase, Google, Stripe, Resend, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Perplexity, hosting providers, and optional Google Analytics. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy commitments.

We do not sell personal information. Affiliate partners receive aggregate referral and commission information, not customer Search Console data, support content, or payment-card details.

5. Overseas processing

Some providers may process or store information outside Australia. The countries involved depend on provider infrastructure and your selected integrations. By using those integrations, information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different privacy laws.

6. Cookies and similar storage

Essential cookies support authentication, security, session continuity, and affiliate attribution. Optional analytics storage is used only after you accept analytics through the on-site choice. You can decline optional analytics without losing core account functions.

7. Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted service credentials, encrypted Google refresh tokens, signed webhook verification, input validation, public-network restrictions for page retrieval, and audit or delivery records where appropriate. No system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain financial records, and support legitimate business operations. Retention varies by record type. Public-page evidence and historical visibility data may be retained to provide before-and-after comparisons. You may request deletion, subject to records we must or reasonably need to retain.

9. Access and correction

You may request access to personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct inaccurate information. Contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

10. Complaints

Send privacy questions or complaints to [email protected]. We will review the issue and respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied, you may have the right to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or another relevant regulator.

11. Children

The service is intended for business users and is not directed to children.

12. Changes

We may update this policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date and version at the top identify the current published policy.
